After an offer has then been received we will then contact you in writing and if accepted a sales memorandum will be sent out indicating all parties involved in the sale of the property. Once the contract is signed by the buyer, the seller and a percentage of the sale price is paid as a deposit everything will be put into place to set a date of transfer. On the transfer date set the remainder of the balance will be transferred from the buyer's solicitor to your solicitor and from that point onwards the buyer will then be the legal owner of the property.
