The founding members of Paul & Co. are Mr. Singh and Dev Dahari they joined forces over ten years ago. Mr. Singh had been an estate agent previously and had his own local office. Dev Dahari had just graduated from a London University with a degree in Economics and wanted to get into the property game. Having known Mr. Singh a number of years previously Mr Singh asked Dev to join him and see if they could build up the business together. Thats basically how it started.

Not too long after, Mr Singh's son, Paul Singh, joined Paul & Co. He had also graduated from University and it seemed the natural progression that he join the team. It was from there we built up the lettings business and worked on developing the sales side of things. Paul Singh being an IT professional implemented a system that made logging clients details and storing information much easier. With his knowledge of the internet he suggested marketing ideas that are still used to this day.

The youngest member of the team is Raj Jadhav. He joined us soon after leaving school on a voluntary basis and has been with us since. He's the first person you will meet when you come into our office. He will be the one registering your details or giving directions to property addresses. Raj is very amiable and polite young man who has matured into a very important member of the team.

Due to the diverse nature of ethnicity of Wembley, we encourage all to visit us. We cover most of the asian languages and few of the middlle eastern ones like Farsi and Pashto.
